SENIORS
Arrival: Sunday, May 18, 2025
Please make travel plans to arrive no later than 4:00pm on Sunday, May 18 to allow sufficient time to register and eat before attending the mandatory Introductory Session.
Departure: Friday, May 30, 2025
- Graduation is mandatory for Seniors and will be held at 9:00am on Friday, May 30, 2025 in the Union Theater
- Senior men are expected to wear coats and ties and Senior women should dress appropriately for the occasion.
- Seniors are free to leave after 9:00am Graduation Exercises which should be concluded by 9:45am on Friday morning.
Busses will begin transporting bankers to the BTR airport on Friday morning until approximately 11:30am. Housing at Halls will close at Noon.
JUNIORS & FRESHMEN
Arrival: Monday, May 19, 2025
Please make travel plans to arrive no later than 4:00pm on Monday, May 19 to allow sufficient time to register and eat before attending the mandatory Introductory Session.
Departure
- Juniors & Freshmen may depart after their final exams which will conclude by 6:30pm on Thursday, May 29, or Friday morning if they choose.
Busses will begin transporting bankers to the BTR airport on Friday morning from 7:30am to approximately 11:30am. Housing at Halls will close at Noon.
