5. Meeting & Event Space Floor Plans: Executive Meeting will take place in the White Pines, and Dinner will take place on the Ballroom Terrace (weather permitting). Alternate Dinner space will be the Alder & Mountain Birch.
6. Travel Voucher Form 2021: Please submit this form within 30 days for reimbursement.
7. Summer Activity Guide: Information regarding all Resort activities.  Advance reservations are recommended for all transportation bookings, dining and social activities listed. Schedule your adventure today!
8. Confirmation Numbers for your Room Reservation: If you need to make any changes to your arrival or departure dates, please let me know by email at julianna@gsblsu.org or call 225.766.8595.
9. Menu for Thursday Evening Dinner: Please make your entrée selections by Friday, June 25th.
10. Breakfast Friday Morning is Open: There is a coffee bar with juices, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, fruit etc. right outside the meeting room, that you can order from.

GOLF

• The Mountain Course is adjacent to The Lodge and is $195 per player.
• The Stowe Country Club is in the Village of Stowe and is $75 per player.

***The Mountain course includes cart because the course is virtually un-walkable because it is carved out of the mountain. It is stunningly beautiful. The Country Club is very walkable, but carts are available for an additional $30.

Vermont is Fully Open!
As of Friday, May 14, 2021 there is no longer any quarantine or testing requirements for those visiting or returning to Vermont. Guests will no longer be required to complete a Certificate of Compliance prior to arrival.
At this time, per policy of Hyatt Hotels and Spruce Peak, masks are optional for fully vaccinated individuals. Masks covering the mouth and nose are required for all unvaccinated individuals.
